1. What is a Digital Code?

    A Digital Code is a unique alpha-numeric digital key that is used to register and activate a game, music, application or software legally, produced by software publishers or by authorized distributors or providers. The specific functions of the digital codes depend on the platform that you choose. Since the codes are unique, hence, are for one time use only.

     

    2. How can you assure me that the digital codes you're offering are legitimate?

      You may rest assured that you will only receive 100% guaranteed valid and unused digital codes from game publishers or authorized providers. Our protected digital key delivery system allows for automatic dispensing of only official codes.

       

      3. How do I order a digital code from your digital store?

      It's easy! Ordering  a digital code only takes a few minutes.

      1. Select the item and add it to your cart. (You may add more items to your cart or change the quantity if you haven't completed your order yet. Just update your cart before checking out.)
      2. Check out and pay via DragonPay. DragonPay offers a myriad of payment methods from Credit Cards, DragonPay Prepaid Credits, Online Bank Transfers, E-Wallets, Over the Counter/ ATM Banking, GCash, etc.
      3. Once your order is complete, you will receive your digital code via email. Redeem your digital code in the appropriate platform mentioned on the product page.

       

      4. Do I need to create an account to buy?

      No. You are not required to create an account to buy from our website.  You can use the Guest Checkout option on the DragonPay payment system to pay directly via the many payment methods DragonPay offers.

      We support payments by PayPal Express (PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card) and DragonPay, which offers below payment methods:

       

      6. Which currencies do you accept?

      Our prices are in Philippine Peso (PhP), hence, you may only use the Philippine Peso currency in paying for your orders.

       

      7. Are my personal details, credit/debit card details, mobile banking details safe?

      Yes. We make sure that we only use a secure payment platform. DragonPay uses industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the transmission of your data from your browser to DragonPay servers. This is the same encryption technology used by all financial institutions worldwide. DragonPay does not store your online banking ID and password.

       

      8. How fast can I receive my digital code after placing my order?

      Our digital key delivery system allows for automatic dispensing of codes. Once you settle your payment and pass any fraud checks, the digital key will be made available and  sent to your email account a few minutes from placing your order and settling payment. Though there might be unexpected delays in some cases due to unforeseen circumstances.

       

      Note, however, with Over-the-Counter/ ATM Banking and Non-Banking channel payments, there may be a couple hours delay before the payment is reflected in our system, so the digital code(s) may only be sent out after this time period.

       

      Also, an additional processing time may be needed for over-the counter transactions done on weekends and holidays. We advise that you regularly check your email.

       

      9. How do I redeem my digital code?

      These are the general steps in redeeming your digital code:

      1. Go to the Games and Software Library of your platform. (e.g. PSN, Xbox Live, eShop)
      2. Select the Redeem Code associated with your order.
      3. Enter the code exactly as shown within the redemption process on the appropriate device and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

      Note: Make sure that your device has a stable internet connection and it meets the system requirements for the installation or activation of your game or software.

      10. How can you help me if I encounter an issue in redeeming my digital code?

      11. I did not receive any order confirmation email. Will my order proceed?

      Regardless of the payment method that you choose, you are supposed to receive an order confirmation email once you complete your order and got an order number. However,  depending on the settings of your e-mail account, some confirmation emails might be routed to your other email folders, so if you can't locate the email in your inbox, please check your other folders.  If you cannot locate the email at all, please let us know via digitalstore@datablitz.com.ph so we can resend the email to you.

       

      12. I've already paid but did not receive my digital code? How do I retrieve it?

      Except only with Over-the-Counter/ ATM Banking, and Non-Banking Channel payment methods, when you checkout and pay with the other options offered by DragonPay (Online Bank Transfers, Credits Cards, GCash), your digital code is normally sent to your email a few minutes after processing your payment. For payments via Over-the-Counter/ ATM Banking and Non-Banking Channel payments methods, code(s) will be sent to you depending on when the payment is finally reflected in our system (could take a few hours after you've settled your payment).  Moreover, depending on the settings of your e-mail account, some emails might be routed to your other email folders so please check the other folders if you can't find it in your inbox. Otherwise, please let us know via esonshopph@gmail.com so we can resend the email containing your digital code(s).

       

      13. I purchased a wrong subscription/denomination/region, may I still cancel my order?

      Unfortunately, we don't offer refund or exchange of digital goods purchased.

       

      14. Do digital codes expire?

      Basically, unlike promotional codes, digital codes don't expire, but it still depends on the subscription type of your code. Hence,  please check the customer service of the platform associated with your code. Nevertheless, we recommend that you use the codes immediately to avoid any redemption issue.
